Dulquer Salmaan’s next, ‘Lucky Baskhar’, is gearing up for its eagerly awaited theatrical release on September 27. Directed by Venky Atluri, this pan-Indian project is jointly backed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the prestigious banner of Sithara Entertainments. GV Prakash is at the helm of music composition for this entertainer.
In celebration of GV Prakash’s 37th birthday today, the filmmakers have announced an exciting update, revealing that the film’s first single will drop on June 17.
Dropping the same on social media, the film team shared a photo and extended birthday wishes to renowned music director GV Prakash and captioned, “Here’s wishing our exceptionally talented composer @gvprakash a very Happy Birthday! Team #LuckyBaskhar. The Musical Journey of Lucky Baskhar Begins on 17th June.”
Speaking more about the film, the heartthrob actor Dulquer Salmaan is portraying the titular role as Baskar, a banker who is a common middle-class man. Meenakshi Choudhary is playing the female lead in this flick. Set for a pan-Indian release, the film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.
Recent reports suggest that Lucky Baskar is expected to clash with Jr. NTR’s highly anticipated film ‘Devara: Part 1’ and Pawan Kalyan’s ‘OG’. Earlier, producer Naga Vamsi indicated that they would consider adjusting their film’s release date if these films were scheduled for the same day.
