High Court Grants Protection from Arrest to YSRCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy and Others

Hyderabad: The High Court has directed that YSRCP MLA from Macherla, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, the main accused in the EVM break case, should not be arrested until June 6.

In addition, the court has granted protection from arrest to Kethireddy Peddareddy, Gopireddy Srinivas Reddy, Chintamaneni Prabhakar, and JC Asmith Reddy. These individuals had approached the High Court seeking relief as they are accused in various poll-related offenses.
