The Dhoom franchise, which launched two decades ago, has captured the hearts of moviegoers. Fans are now eagerly awaiting official details about Dhoom 4. While Yash Raj Films is busy with pre-production, social media is abuzz with speculation. Recent rumors suggest that Kollywood star Suriya might be cast as the antagonist in Dhoom 4. This has generated excitement among fans, with reports indicating that discussions are in progress. However, it has been confirmed that Suriya will not be part of the film.
At present, Suriya is focused on his highly anticipated film Kanguva, directed by Siruthai Siva and starring Disha Patani. He also has a number of other projects in the pipeline, including Suriya 44 with Karthik Subbaraj, Vaadivaasal with Vetrimaaran, a standalone film featuring his iconic Rolex character from Vikram, and Kanguva 2. With such a busy schedule, it is unlikely that Suriya will be available for the Hindi film.
