Dhanush’s 50th film, Raayan, is set to hit cinemas on 26th July. Written and directed by Dhanush himself, the movie features a stellar cast including SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Selvaraghavan, Prakash Raj, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in key roles.
As anticipated, the creators released the theatrical trailer for Raayan today, and it appears quite impressive. In the trailer, a character comments that despite the lion and tiger being powerful animals, the wolf is the most formidable creature in the jungle. Subsequently, we get brief looks at the main characters. The trailer, while not revealing too much, piques curiosity with its intense action scenes and stunning visuals.
Dhanush looks stunning in a serious role with a terrific makeover, and he impresses as a director too. It appears that the makers intentionally kept the story details under wraps, allowing audiences to enjoy the surprises on the big screen. The visuals by cinematographer Om Prakash are impressive, creating a serious atmosphere. In the end, the score composed by AR Rahman promises emotional drama alongside the intense action.
