Of late, Versatile Tamil actor Dhanush is showing interest in working with Tollywood directors. He scored a critically acclaimed blockbuster with ‘Sir’ which was helmed by talented Telugu director Venky Atluri. His performance in Sir received wide appreciation. Up next, he is working with Sekhar Kammula for a multi-starrer alongside Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Besides working with Sekhar Kammula, Dhanush is very keen to team up with another Telugu director next year. According to the latest buzz, director Sudheer Varma who is known for delivering slick thrillers like Swamy RaRa, Dochay and Keshava is working on a script for Dhanush.
Sudheer will soon narrate the script to Dhanush and go ahead with the pre-production phase if the latter gives a green signal. Dhanush is planning to expand his Telugu market by doing films with our directors. So, he is encouraging Telugu directors these days, said a close source to the actor.
Sitara Entertainment banner will bankroll Sudheer Varma’s project. This will be their second collaboration with Dhanush after Sir.
