Devara team keeps Janhvi Kapoor waiting

Bollywood starlet Janhvi Kapoor is making her South cinema debut with NTR’s upcoming pan-India film ‘Devara’ which has Telugu director Koratala Siva at the helm. Janhvi’s name was announced long back before the start of the project and her pairing with NTR generated a solid buzz among audience and industry circles because she carries a huge craze all over the country despite not acting in too many films.

Janhavi was supposed to commence shooting along with NTR at the start of the year. But, Koratala wanted to wrap up action episodes first and then film the remaining talkie portions and songs between the lead pair. So, Janhvi has been waiting patiently for a call from the team. Reportedly, she was initially told to get ready to join the sets by the end of this month. But, the current action sequence is taking much longer than the original schedule.

Hence, Janhvi Kapoor will need to wait for another month to start shooting for her role in this highly anticipated film. Sources revealed that Janhvi will commence her work in mid-October and will shoot non-stop till December.

She is hoping that acting beside a popular and talented actor like NTR will give a strong boost to her career. She is planning to do more films in South to increase her popularity.
