Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has reported positive responses from union ministers regarding various demands put forth for Telangana. “We have raised concerns regarding Singareni with the Centre,” he disclosed during a media briefing on Thursday. However, he cautioned against unwarranted criticism, advising that judgments should be withheld until the expert committee’s report on the Kaleshwaram project is available.
Additionally, Vikramarka outlined plans to promote solar power generation in rural areas, ensuring electricity supply aligns with community needs while benefiting the environment. He criticized BRS leaders for what he perceives as a loss of both power and rationality, pledging to address water scarcity issues in the upcoming summer months and directing officials to stay vigilant. As for Lok Sabha candidates, he assured they would be announced at an appropriate time.
