Amaravati: Daggubati Purandeshwari, the Andhra Pradesh BJP president, asserted the party’s dedication to public welfare. Addressing the media at the BJP office in Bapatla on Monday, Purandeshwari stated, “The central government is committed to allocating significant funds for the development of villages in AP. The state government is spreading misinformation, portraying the BJP as hindering development.
She said that former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee introduced the Gram Sadak Yojana scheme. The BJP’s goal is to ensure the well-being of marginalized sections of society. If central funds are not reaching the villages, it is the responsibility of the people to hold the government accountable. We are installing banners in every village across AP to inform residents about the funds allocated by the Centre,” emphasized Purandeshwari.
