Amaravati: Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, a seasoned political figure with decades of experience, has resigned from YSRCP party in a bold move to secure a political legacy for his son. The former MLA and Minister, known for his influential role, submitted his resignation to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijayasai Reddy, and Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.

Media reports suggest his decision is linked to doubts about his son receiving a party ticket for the Anakapalle seat in the upcoming elections. Unhappy with the treatment he perceived as neglect within the party, Dadi took this step, sparking speculation that he might align with the Janasena party. The resignation underscores political uncertainties and internal dynamics within the party, with Dadi seeking recognition for his contributions and a continuation of his family’s political influence.
