MLA Anirudh Reddy, who played a key role in holding the secret meeting, admitted that it was true that some MLAs had met. He clarified that they wanted to talk about the MLA funds issue.

The fire in the Congress has also touched the high command. It is reported that the high command has decided not to take the secret meeting of 10 MLAs lightly and to intervene on a war footing.
There is already a widespread campaign that CM Revanth Reddy, Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Tummala, Ponnam, Uttam, and Ponguleti discussed the secret meeting of MLAs at length in a meeting held at the Command Control Center on Saturday.
On the one hand, while the meeting of ministers was going on, on the other hand, in Delhi Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi also admitted to the meeting stating that it was nothing, but one MLA gave dinner and eight MLAs attended. Moreover, he described the meeting as a ‘storm in a teacup’.
Meanwhile, there is already a campaign that there is no harmony between the CM, one or two ministers, the district in-charge ministers, and the MLAs of the respective districts. In addition to this, the secret meeting of MLAs is creating vibrations in the Congress party.
PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud has already spoken to the MLAs who participated in the meeting on the phone. He told them not to bother the government and to discuss anything through the party platform. Two other ministers also stepped in and spoke to those who went to the meeting.
It is learnt that the Congress high command is also facing some embarrassment over the secret meeting of the MLAs. It is learnt that the issue has reached the party’s state affairs in-charge Deepadas Munshi, who will also be coming to Hyderabad in a day or two. MLA Nayini Rajender Reddy, who has not come forward so far in the secret meeting, said that he also got a ‘message’ but he did not look into it.
