Minister Sridhar Babu announced that during the state cabinet meeting on Thursday, a decision was reached to implement two out of the six guarantees on the 9th of this month. Stressing the importance of informing the public about the state’s financial status, Sridhar Babu addressed the media after the cabinet session. He shared, “The Cabinet extensively discussed the implementation of two guarantees starting December 9. The meeting delved into all aspects of resource mobilization to ensure the realization of these guarantees.”
The two primary guarantees set for implementation involve providing free bus travel for women and extending Aarogyasri insurance coverage up to Rs 10 lakh. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is scheduled to convene a meeting with officials to discuss the execution of these guarantees. A decision regarding the provision of free electricity up to 200 units will be deliberated upon during the same meeting.
