Suriya’s Kanguva is among the most eagerly awaited films this year. Featuring the star actor in dual roles, the movie is slated for release on October 10th. Directed by Siruthai Siva, and this major film is being produced by Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations. This fantasy action drama is being crafted with a significant budget.
In a recent interview, K.E. Gnanavel Raja, disclosed that Kanguva will be released in two parts. The producer explained, “We developed the story for both parts 1 and 2. The first part is complete, but we have not yet started production on the sequel. It took us 185 days to finish filming Kanguva 1. Production for the second part will commence at the end of 2025 or early 2026. We aim to release Kanguva 2 in January or Summer of 2027.”
K.E. Gnanavel Raja mentioned, “If part 1 is well-executed, part 2 will be eagerly anticipated. We’ve included an exciting element at the end of the first part to captivate the audience for the sequel.” Disha Patani stars as the female lead, with Bobby Deol playing the antagonist. Devi Sri Prasad serves as the music director.
