Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy questioned the legitimacy of his sisters YS Sharmila and Suneetha as heirs to YSR’s legacy, citing their alliances with parties that opposed YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He clarified his support for MP candidate Avinash Reddy, asserting his belief in Avinash’s innocence in his uncle Vivekananda Reddy’s death.

Jagan Mohan Reddy submitted his nomination papers for the Pulivendula assembly constituency, accompanied by Avinash Reddy. Addressing a public gathering, he indirectly criticized his sisters for associating with Viveka’s assailants and adversaries of YS Rajasekhara Reddy, highlighting the community’s awareness regarding Vivekananda Reddy’s demise and familial relationships.
