Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy aims to secure 14 Lok Sabha seats for Congress utilizing a three-tier system, emphasizing the pivotal role of booth-level workers to MLAs. He highlighted the success of this model in his victory in Malkajgiri as an MP. During discussions on the party’s strategy for the Lok Sabha polls, CM Revanth Reddy shared his plan with senior leaders. He proposed a three-level coordination committee system, with MLAs or Assembly constituency in-charges leading the committees.
In this structure, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of the five key members in each booth committee, whose performance would determine the party’s success. These members would receive enhanced political opportunities, with the government planning to establish Indiramma committees at every level to facilitate coordination between the government and the party. CM Revanth Reddy recounted the efficacy of this model in his previous victory and advocated for its replication across all constituencies in the state. He instructed senior leaders to establish three-level coordination committees in each parliamentary constituency within the week, led by AICC observers and senior party figures from the respective constituencies.
