CM Revanth Reddy Pays Tribute To PV Narasimha Rao On His Death Anniversary

Hyderabad: On the 19th death anniversary of former Prime Minister P. V. Narasimha Rao, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with ministers and Narasimha Rao’s family, paid their respects at PV Gnana Bhoomi by the Hussain Sagar lake. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, joined by ministers D. Sridhar Babu, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, and Seethakka, referred to Narasimha Rao as the ‘flag of our glory’ and the ‘son of Telangana soil’ in his post on social media platform ‘X’.

Governor Soundararajan praised Narasimha Rao as a great son of Telangana, an erudite scholar, and an administrator par excellence, acknowledging his significant role as India’s first and only Telugu Prime Minister, and the first outside the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty to complete a full five-year term.
