Hyderabad: Revanth Reddy, the Chief Minister of Telangana, held a meeting with Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud on Tuesday. The meeting took place at The Taj Falaknuma in Hyderabad, where Reddy presented a bouquet of flowers as a gesture of respect. They engaged in a cordial discussion during the meeting, focusing on plans for a new High Court to be built on 100 acres of land in Rajendranagar.
The following day, Justice DY Chandrachud laid the foundation stone for the new High Court at Budvel in Rajendranagar mandal of Ranga Reddy district, which spans 100 acres. Among those in attendance were Supreme Court judges P S Narasimha, P V Sanjay Kumar, SV Bhatti, and Chief Justice of The High Court Alok Aradhe. During the event, CJI Justice Chandrachud also inaugurated e-Seva Kendras for 32 district courts online.
