In Hyderabad, significant progress has been made towards designating the 182-km southern section of the Regional Ring Road (RRR) (Choutuppal-Amangal-Shadnagar-Sangareddy) as a national highway. Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, assured Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy of this development during their meeting in Delhi on Tuesday.
Accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, the Chief Minister visited Gadkari at his residence. During the meeting, he submitted a list of State roads requiring elevation to national highways in Telangana. Additionally, he advocated for the declaration of the southern segment of the regional ring road as a national highway
