Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has finally spoken out regarding the concerns surrounding senior Congress leader and MLC Jeevan Reddy. At a press conference, Revanth addressed the developments following Dr. Sanjay Kumar’s induction into the party and the subsequent discontent expressed by Jeevan Reddy.
Revanth acknowledged that Jeevan Reddy was indeed upset and attributed the situation to a lack of precautions on their part. He noted that Minister Sridhar Babu took the initiative to resolve the issue. The party high command has assured that steps will be taken to preserve Jeevan Reddy’s dignity, recognizing his experience and commitment to the party. Jeevan Reddy, in turn, has expressed his intention to work with renewed enthusiasm. Revanth criticized those who were hoping for turmoil within the government and party, likening them to “jackals waiting for the lips of a camel.” He emphasized that no such opportunity was given, and assurances have been made to Jeevan Reddy and his supporters to ensure their interests are protected.
