Telangana CM KCR wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, strongly opposing against the changed amendments to All Indian Services. KCR stated that proposed amendments are deceitful to the federal framework of the constitution and will undermine All India services offices as IAS, IPS and IFS.
