Sunday, March 30, 2025

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to make QR codes available in every bus to collect feedback from passengers on RTC bus services. He said that the money should be deposited in the account within 48 hours of the delivery of the cylinders. He directed that composting centers from garbage should be restored at all the places set up in the past.

The CM said that every department should be given a chance and that there should be a clear change in the services provided to the people. The Chief Minister conducted a review on the public response to programs such as the Deepam scheme, ration rice distribution, RTC services, and composting from garbage at his residence in Undavalli.

He deplored that RTC passengers were dissatisfied with the infrastructure at the bus stand and suggested that this should be corrected. Similarly, he wanted to take feedback from the people on things like food and prices in the canteens there. He believed that this would ensure quality services.

Chandrababu said that there should be a clear change in the services provided to the people and suggested that the feedback coming from the people should not just be discussed, but that mistakes should be corrected. He said that action should be taken where there is corruption and negligence.

He said that feedback from the people will be taken every week on the implementation of schemes and programs in the four departments and a review should be conducted on it. He made it clear that change should be seen in every system and department from the village level to the state level.

The Chief Minister said that the implementation of the respective schemes and programs will also be ranked district-wise, and the collectors of the backward districts should work accordingly.

The CM sought an explanation from the officials on the complaints received from beneficiaries regarding the delivery of free gas cylinders under the Deepam scheme.  He asked to take action on the complaints that the government is giving free cylinders but is asking for money at the time of delivery.
