Following the success with the recent release Mazaka, director Trinadha Rao Makkina steps into film production with this upcoming venture, ‘Chaurya Paatam.’ The film marks the directorial debut of Nikhil Gollamari. Introducing newcomer Indhra Ram in the lead role, this crime comedy is gearing up for a theatrical release soon on April 25, 2025.
With the teaser and songs already creating a buzz, the makers have now unveiled the official trailer on Wednesday. The trailer begins with three small-time thieves coming up with a plan to heist a village bank under the guise of filming a documentary. They rope a fourth friend in the village. Another person is needed to execute the plan, with the female lead introduced as the love interest of the protagonist. However, the gang runs into unexpected twists as the story develops. Whether they pulled off the heist forms the crux of this fun-filled narrative. The trailer hints at an entertaining mix of suspense and humor.
Payal Radhakrishna plays the female lead alongside Indhra Ram, while the supporting cast features Rajeev Kanakala, Saleem Pheku, Mast Ali, Madi Mamepalli, Anji Valguman, Edward Perezy, Supriya Aisola, Krish Raj, and Sahadev in significant roles. The film’s story and cinematography are handled by Karthik Gattamneni, who directed Ravi Teja’s Eagle.
Davzand composed the music, with a background music score elevating the trailer. Satheesh Manthem is the cinematographer, with editing by Uthura.
