Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister-designate N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to be sworn in at 11.27 am on June 12 at Kesarapalli IT Park in Gannavaram, Krishna district, according to an announcement from the Chief Minister’s Office. The strategic location of the IT park, just 20 kilometers from Vijayawada and in close proximity to the airport, has been selected to facilitate the arrival of numerous central leaders from the BJP and other political parties who are expected to attend the event.
Originally, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) had planned to hold the swearing-in ceremony at Amaravati. However, the logistical advantages of the Gannavaram venue, especially given its proximity to the airport, prompted the shift. This decision underscores the TDP’s focus on ensuring a grand and accessible inauguration, signaling a strong start to Naidu’s new tenure as Chief Minister.
