The Supreme Court has reserved its verdict in the Skill Development Case. The Apex Court hasn’t issued the interim bail for the Telugu Desam Party chief. The arguments were heard by the bench from both sides. Chandrababu’s lawyers and CID’s lawyers have presented their versions before the bench comprising of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi.
It is very well known that Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in connection with this case on September 9th by the AP CID and he has been in custody since. He was sent to remand to the Rajahmundry Central Jail.
Senior Advocate Harish Salve today urged the court to grant interim bail as Chandrababu is a 73-year-old person and he has been inside the jail for over 40 days. However, AP CID strongly resisted granting bail.
After hearing the arguments, the court decided against granting an interim bail. The judge stated, “Hearing concluded. We have heard the main matter and we will deliver the judgment.”
