It’s been bad news for Chandrababu Naidu and all the TDP supporters as the judicial remand of the TDP supremo has been extended. The ACB Court has once again extended the remand of Chandrababu Naidu and this time it was extended till November 1st.
Nara Chandrababu Naidu was produced before the court virtually. CBN mentioned the concerns about his health and safety before the court. The judge asked the authorities for an explanation and the authorities replied that there is a medical team and they are conducting medical tests from time to time. Satisfied with the explanation, the judge extended the CBN remand and ordered them to submit the medical records to the court occasionally.
As for the security concerns, the Court directed CBN to write his concern in a letter and ordered the officials to seal the letter written by CBN and submit it to the court.
