Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed strong confidence on Sunday that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will be the undeniable and unquestionable winner in the upcoming elections. Naidu commended the efforts of leaders and activists from all alliance partners, including Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and BJP state unit president D. Purandeswari. During an online meeting with NDA candidates for the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls, he emphasized the importance of being vigilant during the vote counting process on Tuesday. He provided a strategic plan for ensuring that officials adhere to the rules and instructed candidates to remain at the counting centres until the declaration form is obtained from the returning officer (RO).
Naidu highlighted that exit polls clearly indicate an NDA victory, both at the Centre and in the state, despite YSRCP’s baseless allegations against the TDP regarding the vote counting process. He warned NDA leaders of potential irregularities and attacks by YSRCP on counting day and urged them to be cautious. BJP general secretary Arun Singh supported Naidu’s predictions, stating that the NDA is expected to win at least 21 Lok Sabha seats and form the state government. He also advised counting agents to request recounts if there are any doubts about the process.
