Regarding the bail petition of TDP Supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the arguments are continuing in the ACB Court after lunch. Supreme Court lawyer Pramod Kumar Dube is presenting Chandrababu’s version in court. He stated to the court what is the need to request custody once again by the CID.
Pramod Kumar Dube also pointed out that there is no scam happened in Skill Development and AP CID has arrested Chandrababu without any proof. Dube stated that the AP CID started the investigation after CBN was taken into custody. The then Finance Department official Sunitha went to Gujarat and studied the Siemens project. He presented that there are no objections whatsoever in this project and there are proofs for that.
Dube stated that the Siemens project started after the AP Cabinet gave its approval. The lawyer in this regard said that how can CBN be made questionable in a decision that was collectively taken by the cabinet. We have to wait and see how the ACB court will conceive these arguments.
