It is very well known that the Telugu Desam Party supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been granted bail on medical grounds for four weeks and this is a condition bail. The AP High Court has imposed five conditions alongside granting the bail.
Here are the five conditions imposed on Chandrababu.
- The petitioner shall furnish a bail bond of Rs. 1 lakhs with two sureties.
- The petitioner shall get himself examined/treated at a hospital of his choice at his expense.
- The petitioner shall provide the details about the treatment given to him and the hospital where he got treated in a sealed cover to the Superintendent of the Rajahmundry Central Prison.
- The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court.
- The petitioner shall surrender himself before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Rajahmundry, on or before 28th November, 5 PM.
