Hyderabad: A case has been registered against former Telangana minister and BRS MLA Malla Reddy. The Pet Basheerabad police have charged Malla Reddy and his son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy under seven sections of the IPC related to a land grabbing incident. This action follows a complaint by Seri Srinivas Reddy, who claimed that 32 guntas of his land were encroached upon and that Malla Reddy had demolished structures on the property.
After investigating the complaint, the police confirmed that the land in Suchitra had indeed been grabbed.
