Rockstar DSP has been away from the limelight these days as his songs are failing to show an impact in Thaman’s era. At this juncture, there is a lot of pressure on him as his immediate next is with the megastar Chiranjeevi.
Director Bobby and Chiranjeevi have given the composer Devi Sri Prasad a wonderful chance to have a rock-solid comeback with the film Waltair Veerayya. Apart from DSP’s joy in scoring music to his matinee idol Chiranjeevi, now the movie’s buzz was indirectly put on DSP’s shoulders as it will be the first single that would be released before the movie’s pre-release promotions. Touted to be a mass entertainer, the song which is titled ‘Boss Party’ should become a chartbuster for both DSP and the movie’s sake so the pressure on him for delivering a blockbuster song is inevitable.
Despite such weight, the rockstar in a recent interview claimed that he and the entire team of Waltair Veerayya are super delighted with the output of the song ‘Boss Party’ and it will not make anyone stay in seats in the theater. Not stopping there, the busy composer showcased his confidence in the song by declaring that this single will increase the hype on the project to the next level as both the heroes danced like hell.
This movie is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and the stakes are high as it is the immediate next of megastar Chiru after a silent hit like Godfathers. Mega fans and movie lovers are elated already with the teaser of Chiru that was released for Diwali as the megastar is back into his mass avatar. The movie is slated for a 2024’s Pongal release.
