‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ teaser : NBK creates Rampage with his Rage

Close on heels after the launch of the title and first look, the makers of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 108th film, Bhagavanth Kesari, unveiled the first teaser this Saturday morning on the eve of his birthday and it offers a perfect treat for the masses. The teaser is a typical mass feast packed with all the trademark elements that are usually expected in his films.

Playing out at just over a minute, the teaser has Balakrishna creating a rampage with his unwavering rage and self-styled mannerisms. He plays a powerful character as Nelakonda Bhagavanth Kesari and bashes the enemies in his signature style. Sporting a fierce avatar in a salt-and-pepper look, Balayya challenges his adversaries with intense dialogues and stamps authority with his fiery screen presence.

The trailer starts with the confrontation scene between Balakrishna and the prime antagonist. He utters a powerful dialogue and follows it up with a Hindi dialogue in his inimitable style. A fleeting glimpse of the factory fight brings us to the end of this high-voltage glimpse. The last shot is simply terrific.

Director Anil Ravipudi, who is known for dishing out full-length entertainers, surprises by presenting Balakrishna in a fierce avatar. He seems to be offering an out-and-out masala fare this time by tapping into the strengths of Balakrishna and the teaser is perfectly cut to give a sneak peek of what is in store for moviegoers this Dussehra.

SS Thaman scored a thumping background score to elevate the mood of the teaser. The cinematography and production values are impressive.

Happening beauty Sree Leela is essaying the role of Balakrishna’s daughter in this film which has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead. C. Ram Prasad handled the camera. Shine Screens banner bankrolled this film.
