Bellamkonda Srinivas and Rakul Preet Singh teamed up for the mass action entertainer titled Jaya Janaki Nayaka. Mass films specialist Boyapati Srinu directed the film which also has Pragya Jaiswal in the second lead role. The movie had a stellar star cast of Jagapati Babu, Sharat Kumar, Tarun Arora, and Suman in other lead roles.
Released in the year 2017, the film was a decent hit at the box office. However, the film has now created a unique record on Youtube. It became the highest-viewed Indian film ever. Jaya Janaki Nayaka’s current views are at 709 million views. This is for the Hindi version. It beat KGF views quite comprehensively.
Bellamkonda Srinivas’s films for some reason clicked well with the North belt. He is making his Hindi debut with Chatrapathi remake with the same title which was scheduled for May 12, 2023 release. VV Vinayak is the director of the movie.
