As we all know that the Telugu actor Bellamkonda Sreenivas is all set to make his Bollywood debut with his upcoming film Chatrapathi. The high-octane action drama is a remake of the Pan India hero Prabhas’s blockbuster Chatrapathi.
Now, ahead of the grand theatrical release on May 12, the makers unveiled the trailer which is now doing rounds on the internet. Dropping the trailer link, Pen India Ltd took to their Twitter handle and wrote- ‘He’s strong, he’s fierce and he’s here to stand for the right! He’s #Chatrapathi. #ChatrapathiTrailer out now. Written by #VijayendraPrasad, directed by #VVVinayak.’
The Hindi trailer looks quite similar to the original one, with lots of action and romance. Bellamkonda did his best in portraying the lead role and copying the mannerisms of Prabhas. He even went through a massive physical transformation by bulking his body, dressing sense and much more. A bit of changes has been made to adjust to the liking of the Hindi audience.
Speaking more about the film, the Chatrapathi Hindi remake is directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Jayantilal Gada’s Pen Studios. Starring Bellamkonda Sreenivas in the titular role, Chatrapathi stars Bollywood beauty Nushrratt Bharuccha, Sahil Vaid, Amit Nair, Rajendra Gupta, Auroshika Dey, Vedika, Mohammad Monajir, Shivam Patil, Swapnil and others in key roles.
