Srikakulam: AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy criticized Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan for Jana Sena party’s deposit losses in the recent Telangana Assembly elections. During a gathering in Palasa, Jagan poked fun at Pawan Kalyan, suggesting that Karne Sirisha, nicknamed ‘Barrelakka,’ from Telangana, exhibited superior political acumen than the popular actor. He also denounced Chandrababu Naidu for consistently staging election theatrics alongside Pawan Kalyan.
Barrelakka, who contested in Kollapur Assembly Constituency, secured 5598 votes, standing fourth. Jana Sena party failed to secure deposits in all eight constituencies contested in Telangana, including Khammam, Kothgudem, Wyra, Aswaraopeta, Kukatpally, Tandur, Kodad, and Nagarkurnool.
