Tollywood’s young hero, Ashok Galla, nephew of Superstar Mahesh Babu, is gearing up for a release with a family entertainer, ‘Devaki Nandana Vasudeva’ on November 14. Rumors were rife about his uncle Mahesh Babu’s cameo in his upcoming film, which generated significant buzz.

After days of speculations about Mahesh Babu doing a cameo as Lord Sri Krishna, Ashok Galla has clarified on these rumors. Addressing the rumors, the young actor took to his social media (Instagram and X) and posted, “Hi everyone, my apologies for not responding immediately to the rumors about our superstar @urstrulyMahesh mamayya doing a cameo role as Lord Krishna in my film Devaki Nandana Vasudeva. This news is absolutely false!”

Ashok expressed regret for the circulation of misinformation and apologized for not addressing it sooner. He wrote, “I’m also very disappointed that such misleading news has spread and again sorry for responding so late. I am currently filming for the next movie in New York City and completely missed seeing this spread on social media. To be clear it would a very big personal and also career defining moment if there truly was such a cameo in any of my films and I would be the first one to share such news. Finally I please request everyone to refrain from spreading such rumors and while this may disappoint a few, I am confident that the movie will not! Thank you and looking forward to the day we meet at theaters again.”

Directed by Arjun Jandhyala and story by Prasanth Varma, the film is produced by Lalithambika Productions, starring Ashok Galla and Varanasi Manasa in the lead roles. Bheems Ceciroleo is composing the musical tunes for this action-packed family entertainer.
