AP High Court Key Orders On Nara Lokesh Skill Development Case Over CID

Andhra Pradesh High Court has postponed the further arguments in the Skill Development Case related to Nara Lokesh. It is known that Nara Lokesh’s lawyers filed a lunch motion petition for anticipatory bail. As per the latest update, the AP High Court has postponed the petition to October 4th for further arguments and directed the officials not to arrest Nara Lokesh until the stated date in the Skill Development Case.

It is said that the bench heard the arguments from both sides and has decided to postpone the arguments to the above-said date.

Already, Nara Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by the CID officials in relation to this case. They allege that Mr. Naidu has benefited Rs. 371 Crores in this scam and included Nara Lokesh’s name who was a minister in CBN’s cabinet during the period. Apart from this, Nara Lokesh was also named A14 in Amaravathi Inner Ring Road Scam.
