AP CID had a setback in the High Court today as the court dismissed the petition of conditions of the Telugu Desam Party Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu who was on interim bail for four weeks. AP CID after the bail was granted moved the High Court to impose more restrictions and include new conditions. They asked the court to have two DSPs alongside Chandrababu for these four weeks.
However, the High Court dismissed this petition and stated that there was no need for that. The High Court reiterated that Chandrababu Naidu shouldn’t speak to anyone or the media on the Skill Development Case. The High Court also ordered Chandrababu not to hold rallies during the bail period. Apart from these two conditions, the High Court hasn’t imposed any new restrictions as AP CID has requested.
AP CID for some reason asked the High Court to impose new conditions but the High Court didn’t see the need for those.
