AP High Court BIG Shock to CM Jagan Over Rushikonda

Sunday, November 17, 2024

In another setback to the YS Jagan’s government, The AP High Court directed the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) to investigate any violations in the excavations and constructions at Rushikonda in Visakhapatnam. The court has given a timeframe of three weeks for the report to be submitted.

The Joint Committee constituted by the court found illegal excavations and constructions beyond the permitted limit at Rushikonda. The committee submitted the report on Tuesday. The Court immediately directed MoEF to spring into action and come up with a detailed report within three weeks.

It is a big shock for YS Jagan and Co. who are planning to shift to Vizag very soon and continue the administration from there. The inside sources have already planned that the offices in Rushikonda would be suitable for the administration by all means. However, now with the latest High Court orders we have to wait and see how things will pan out.
