Previously, bribery prevailed, but Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy emphasized that over the last 58 months, his government has operated without discrimination. During his bus yatra to Thuggali, CM Jagan engaged with locals. Under his 58-month rule, rural development has thrived. Funds have been allocated to Thuggali and Ratana villages, benefitting around 10,000 residents.

Unlike past regimes, where bribes were common, YSRCP’s administration focused on inclusive aid regardless of caste, religion, or region. Nearly 95% of households in Thuggali and Ratana villages have directly benefitted. CM Jagan cited over Rs. 2 crore allocated for Jagananna Vidhya Deevena and Rs. 29.65 crore sanctioned for Thuggali’s various schemes. Additionally, Rs. 26.59 crore was provided for village programs, emphasizing welfare schemes for all, regardless of political affiliation.
