The CID’s investigation into the AP Fibernet Scam revealed a series of irregularities from tender allocation to project completion, with Naidu allegedly exerting influence to benefit certain companies. The chargesheet highlights Naidu’s purported approval of project estimates without adequate evaluation and his alleged intervention in tender evaluation committees, contributing to substantial financial losses to the exchequer.
