Several key decisions were taken in the AP Cabinet meeting today chaired by Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The meeting took place in the Cabinet meeting hall located in the first block of the Secretariat. The meeting happened for about 3 and a half hours and as many as 55 topics were discussed. The cabinet in the meeting approved the decisions of the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB). The cabinet also granted permission and allocated land for the establishment of several industries in the state.
The cabinet has decided that the entire assignment lands and full rights regarding Lanka lands will be allocated to the beneficiaries. The cabinet has also given clearance for the construction of 47,000 houses in Amaravati CRDA. It also decided to increase the age of permanent faculty in Universities to 65 years.
YS Jagan in the meeting expressed his satisfaction with the implementation of the Jagananna Suraksha program.
