Director Krish’s upcoming female-oriented film Ghaati, starring Anushka Shetty in the lead role, is scheduled for release on April 18. However, with just a month left, the makers are yet to kickstart promotional activities, except for the teaser release. This has sparked speculation among fans that the film might face a postponement.
Though reports suggest a possible delay, the makers have not made any official announcement regarding the release date.
Currently, Anushka is working on a Malayalam project, with Ghaati being her only other film in hand. Post its theatrical release, the film will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime.
Ghaati is being produced as a pan-India film under the banners of First Frame Entertainment and UV Creations. With high expectations surrounding the project, fans are eagerly awaiting clarity from the makers.
