‘Ammaadi’ from Hi Nanna – Pleasantly Slow

Natural Star Nani’s ‘Hi Nanna’ has been making a lot of positive waves because of the impressive teasers and breezy songs. The third single ‘Ammaadi’ is out this morning and it is a pleasant melody with organic Telugu lyrics and soothing vocals.

‘Ammaadi’ is a sweet expression of love and warmth by a wife ( Mrunal Thakur )towards her husband ( Nani) on their third marriage anniversary. She seems to be overly carried away by the way her doting partner fondly calls her ‘Ammaadi’ all through the day, showering loads of love on her. He equally reciprocates by expressing his boundless affection towards his wife. The beautiful chemistry between the lovely couple is well presented.

Composer Hesham Abdul Wahab doesn’t go overboard and keeps it simple with a mellifluous tune that acts as a slow poison. Shakthisree Gopalan’s sweet-sounding vocals are well complemented by Kaala Bhairava’s heartfelt and intense vocals. The lyrics penned by Krishna Kanth ooze with nativity and romance.

Despite its slow pacing, Ammaadi will mesmerize music lovers because of its breezy appeal and impressive rendition by the singers.

Directed by Shouryuv, Hi Nanna is slated for release on December 7th.
