The hearing on actor Allu Arjun’s bail petition has been postponed. The police requested additional time to submit a counter regarding the petition, prompting the Nampally Court to reschedule the hearing for Monday, December 30.
Allu Arjun was recently arrested in connection with the Sandhya Theatre stampede incident but was released from jail after the High Court granted him interim bail. His 14-day judicial remand, ordered by the Nampally Court, concluded today. As part of the legal proceedings, the actor appeared before the court via video conference.
Furthermore, the investigation into the Sandhya Theatre stampede has been deferred, with the Nampally Court setting the next hearing for January 10. The hearing regarding Allu Arjun’s remand will also take place on that day.
