Allari Naresh has built a remarkable identity in Telugu cinema for his successful comedy films and styling which he has used to entertain audience. Now he has come to show another side of himself with his upcoming film Alcohol, which will offer his fans a level of fun, thrills and entertainment.
The upcoming film is written and directed by Meher Tej, who recently gained attention from his OTT released family drama in 2021, and the film’s supporting cast includes Niharika NM and Ruhani Sharma. Alcohol is produced by Srikara Studios, Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas with producers Surya Devara Nagavamsi and Sai Soujanya providing a high production and cinematic value.
The recently unveiled teaser has grabbed immediate attention. Comedian Satya questions Naresh, “Why don’t you drink? What’s the point of life if you don’t?” To this, Naresh responds, “What’s the connection between drinking and earning, sir? If I drink, no one will be in control… I don’t like alcohol controlling me.” These exchanges perfectly set the tone for a darkly comedic and suspenseful narrative.
While the suspenseful background score by Chaitan Bharadwaj adds to the eagerness of the teaser and keeps the audience engaged.
With Meher Tej’s compelling narrative style and Nagavamsi’s high-quality production values, Alcohol is looking like a complete entertainer. The film is scheduled to be released theatrically on January 1, 2026.
