Tollywood moviegoers will kick off 2025 with the theatrical trailer of Ram Charan’s Game Changer that will be unveiled tomorrow at 05:04 PM. Though it was initially expected to be out today, the team pushed the plans to Thursday evening due to unknown reasons. The production house has released a new poster with Ram Charan’s get-up as an elderly man in the film. He appears in an intense avatar with a purposeful attitude in the poster.
So far, the buzz surrounding Game Changer hasn’t been promising. Even though the team unveiled four songs, they didn’t create enough excitement in audience. The first teaser also failed to amplify the hype because it featured fleeting glimpses of the narrative and didn’t give out anything substantial about the storyline. Hence, all eyes are on the trailer now.
The trailer will need to hit the bulls eyes to boost the box office prospects of the film. The openings will entirely depend on how well trailer excites moviegoers. Shankar lost his touch with Indian 2. He needs to make a strong comeback with Game Changer. It is touted to be a political thriller infused with adequate commercial elements.
On the other side, Game Changer will be a test for Charan’s box office potential as this is first solo film after RRR. The performance of Game Changer will be a pointer to Charan’s pan-India market and other uncharted territories. He will also need to prove his credentials as a multifaceted actor in two contrasting roles in this film. So, it will be a big test for his acting mettle.
