South celebrity couple Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Shivan landed into controversy after they welcomed twins via surrogacy. As we know that the Tamil Nadu government ordered a probe into it and asked the actress to submit the details. As per the sources, Nayanthara and Vignesh submitted an affidavit and a marriage certificate to the Tamil Nadu health department citing their marriage registered six years ago.
