A big disappointment on Prabhas’ bday

Pan-India superstar Prabhas is currently working on different big-budget films that are in various stages of production. On Monday, the Baahubali actor turned 44. But, his fans across the country are completely disappointed because no team from his upcoming films released a poster or a teaser on the eve of his birthday.

Prabhas’ birthday coincided with Dussehra festival this year. So, fans expected the release of the trailer of his immediate next film, Salaar, which is slated for release in December. However, there is no such treat from Prashanth Neel and his team. They should have at least released a new poster or a teaser-like video as it would have created strong hype for the film as there has been no other content except for the teaser that was unveiled a few months back.

Even the makers of his other magnum opus Kalki 2898AD also left Prabhas fans dejected. Nag Ashwin kick started the promotions of this science fiction thriller long ago. The team came up with so much exciting content even before it was expected from them. However, they didn’t release anything yesterday except for a design of a look test.

Fans expected that director Maruthi and his team would give an update for Prabhas’ birthday this year because the project commenced last year and there has been no single poster or any still from the sets of the untitled film. But, the team maintained absolute silence on his birthday.

Prabhas is going to work with Sandeep Reddy Vanga for a film titled Spirit and also with Hanu Raghavapudi later. There were speculations that formal announcements about these projects will be made on his birthday. Unfortunately, no official update arrived.

While all other star heroes treated their fans with some updates and posters on the eve of Dussehra, Prabhas has disappointed his fans to the core on his birthday.
