Tollywood actor Nithiin is set to appear in Thammudu, an emotional drama directed by Sriram Venu. The film revolves around the bond between a brother and sister and features actress Laya in a pivotal role. Sapthami Gowda plays the female lead.
As part of the promotional campaign, the film’s team released the lyrical video of the devotional track ‘Jai Bagalaamukhi’ on Tuesday. The song, penned by Jonnavithula Ramalingeswara Rao, is sung by Abby V with music composed, arranged, and programmed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath.
The makers describe the track as one that lets you “feel the divinity,” setting a spiritual tone for the film. Thammudu is produced by Raju and Shirish under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner.
The cast also includes Varsha Bollamma alongside Nithiin, Sapthami Gowda, and Laya. The film is slated for a theatrical release worldwide on July 4.
