In line with this trend, Kalpara VFX and AI Technology Services launched its new branch in Hyderabad, marking a significant step in the expansion of technology services in the entertainment sector.
BRS MLA and former minister Harish Rao, who attended the event as the chief guest, emphasized the advancements in the Telugu film industry. He stated that Tollywood is now competing with Bollywood and Hollywood. “To further challenge Hollywood, we must adopt advanced technologies like VFX and AI,” he said.
Harish Rao also stressed the need to reduce film production costs while enhancing visual effects to engage audiences. “The world is moving rapidly towards AI, and we must stay ahead in this technological race,” he noted. He praised Dr. Malleshwar, the CEO of Kalpara, for returning from the U.S. to establish the company in India, wishing him continued success.
