Reportedly, the Uppena actor watched Athadu umpteen times from the start to the end and loved every scene from this Trivikram directional. Sethupathi revealed that he watched this film during his difficult times and when he was struggling to set right his career. He also stated that the romantic track between Trisha and Mahesh Babu was penned in a superb manner. He liked songs and comedy scenes very much.
Sethupathi was last seen in blockbuster film Maharaja. He received plaudits from all quarters for his stupendous performance.
